Terms & Conditions

(a) There may be minor differences in the appearance of the colour of the actual product due to the lighting of photography and variation in the screen lighting (of smartphones, computers, laptops etc.).

(b) There may be minor discrepancies in the measurement listed in the descriptions.

(c) There may be minor changes to the product as a result of batch to batch variations.

(d) In the case that customers would like to dispose the products or cards with the name of Allah, they are expected to do so in a mindful, respectful manner i.e. shredded.

(a) Kindly note that our items are generally non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

(b) Appeals of refunds and exchanges would only be entertained 24 hours from the arrival of the parcel.

(c) If you would like to appeal for an exchange for valid reasons (i.e. misfit of apparels), you may need to arrange for an exchange at our location.

(d) If you find any defects that alter the function of the product (i.e. malfunction of electronic gadgets/items, missing/torn pages of a book, missing parts of an educational tool, missing buttons, spoilt zipper) within the first 24 hours from the time of delivery:

(i) We will offer an exchange of the defective item to another of the same item, subject to availability, without delivery charges.​

(ii) If the item is not available, a full refund of the price when purchased without delivery charges will be given upon returning the item.

(iii) If our customer decides to keep the defective item, refunds are only applicable at 10 to 20% of the price when purchased without delivery charges.

(e) We will not provide refunds for minor imperfections of products (i.e. minor marks on books, apparels, boxes/casings or any other product due to machinery during production or hand-made limitations).

(f) There is usually no warranty provided for all electronic goods sold. However, we will try to appeal for exchanges from the respective brands in the case they appear faulty - and results are subject to their approval.​

(g) We do not accept any cancellation of orders, each order placed is considered final.

(a) We will not be responsible for extra delivery charges incurred, should there be any mistake in the address listed.

(b) We will not be responsible in retrieving the order, should there be any mistake in the address given.

(c) We will not be responsible for any delay in shipment due to the possible shortfall of third-party courier services, especially in the case of international orders.

(a) Do take note that there is a possibility that the gift bags may arrive slightly crushed or irregular due to transit.

(b) Our signature gift bags could mainly fit regular sized items. Should any item be large or bulky, they may not be delivered in these gift bags - thus, the complimentary gift bag does not apply to them.

(c) Complimentary gift bags will only be given to local customers - this is not applicable to international customers.

On the occasion whereby preorders are opened, do take note that there might be unexpected, uncontrollable delays from the estimated time arrival.

(a) We are not responsible for any tax incurred by your country. Please be familiar with your country's tax rate before placing an order.

(b) For international orders, our items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

(c) We are not responsible for any possible confiscation of parcels* by your country.

(d) Lost parcels* could only be refunded with a capped value (usually $100 to $300) depending on the shipping company's insurance.

*To date, we have not experienced lost or confiscated parcels for our customers.
