1) How much are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate of $3.90 island-wide, and free delivery for standard orders above $95.



2) How long does the delivery usually take?

It usually takes 1 to 3 business days for orders to be fulfilled.
 
You may opt for same day delivery for orders before 3pm at $10. However, it does not entail free delivery for orders above $95.





3) Are there any additional charges for the gift bags?

You would receive a complimentary gift bag, primarily upon request, for orders above $50. 

For purchases below $50, a small charge of $2.80 entails with the request of a gift bag.

*Do take note that gift bags are only applicable to non-bulky items.You may opt for gift wrapping of bulky items that could not fit the gift bags.





4) I would like the items to be wrapped and to add a note/message as it is a gift. How do I go about in doing so?

Add a "Gift Bag/Wrap" into your cart here.

You may type out the note in the Cart under the section "Add a Note", or contact us directly on Facebook/Instagram.

We only charge $2 for additional gift wrapping!
